He booked himself on a Caribbean cruise and proceeded to have the time of his life, that is, until the ship sank. He found himself on an island with no other people, no supplies, nothing, only bananas and coconuts.

After about four months, he is lying on the beach one day when the most gorgeous woman he has ever seen rows up to the shore.

In disbelief, he asks, "Where did you come from? How did you get here?"

She replies, "I rowed from the other side of the island. I landed here when my cruise ship sank."

Amazing, he notes. "You were really lucky to have a row boat wash up with you."

"Oh, this thing?" explains the woman. "I made the boat out of raw material I found on the island. The oars were whittled from gum tree branches. I wove the bottom from palm branches, and the sides and stern came from a Eucalyptus tree.

"But where did you get the tools?"

Oh, that was no problem," replied the woman. "On the south side of the island, a very unusual stratum of alluvial rock is exposed. I found if I fired it to a certain temperature in my kiln, it melted into ductile iron. I used that for tools and used the tools to make the hardware."

The guy is stunned.

Let's row over to my place," she says. After 20 minutes of rowing, she docks the boat at a small wharf. As the man looks to shore, he nearly falls off the boat. Before him is a stone walk leading to an exquisite bungalow painted in blue and white. While the woman ties up the rowboat with an expertly woven hemp rope, the man can only stare ahead, dumb struck. As they walk into the house, she says casually, " It's not much but I call it home. Sit down, please. Would you like a drink?"

"No! No thank you," he blurts out, still dazed. "I can't take another drop of coconut juice."

"It's not coconut juice," winks the woman. "I have a still. How would you like a Pine Colada?" Trying to hide his continued amazement, the man accepts, and they sit down on

her couch to talk.

After they have exchanged their stories, the woman announces, "I'm going to slip into something more comfortable. Would you like to take a shower and shave? There is a razor upstairs in the bathroom cabinet."

No longer questioning anything, the man goes into the bathroom. There, in the

cabinet, a razor made from a piece of tortoise bone. Two shells honed to a hollow ground edge are fastened on to its end inside a swivel mechanism. This woman is amazing," he muses. "What next?"

When he returns, she greets him wearing nothing but vines, strategically

positioned, and smelling faintly of gardenias. She beckons for him to sit down

next to her. "Tell me," she begins suggestively, slithering closer to him,

"We've been out here for many months. You've been lonely. There's something

I'm sure you really feel like doing right now, something you've been longing

for?"

She stares into his eyes .

He can't believe what he's hearing. Would I get sued? Well I'm gonna send a letter to the AMC Network and inside there will be a white ribbon and a picture of gardenias (to mock the serial killer storyline where the killer leaves behind ribbons and flowers after he kills) but would sending that be a lawsuit waiting to happen? On the ribbon I wrote "Fire Megan McTavish" on the pack of the picture of gardenias it says "I don't like the Serial Killer s/l, nothing personal, This is NOT a threat!" So seriously, would I get in trouble for that?
A Campaign to fix AMC, McTavish msut go, but...?
Umm I don't know if that would be a smart move. ABC....parent company is Disney. They probably would think it is a threat. For colors, I want to go with black, white, and champangey gold. For flowers, I would like to use simple but elegant cahla lillies, and gardenias floating in bowls with tealights at the reception. The bridesmaids gowns would be black, strapless and satin for my own gown I was thinking something very simple and elegant like this:http://a1000.g.akamaitech.net/f/1000/806...

My question now is what do you think, could you offer any suggestions, where should the location be? I would like to have a formal sit down dinner, and have the wedding outdoors in the late afternoon/early evening. I live in the SF Bay Area with in driving distance of San Francisco and Napa
How does this wedding sound?
Sounds like my wedding. Everything sounds perfect.
Reply:your wedding idea sounds very elegant. sorry i don't know of any locations where it can take place.
Reply:It really depends on how many people you want. With our guest list we had to go up to Sonoma (not many places in the city can accomodate 300 people!). The one thing about that area - wineries in Napa County apparently can't have weddings. It is some kind of local ordinance. But all the surrounding counties and cities are okay. We got married at BR Cohn - www.brcohn.com - and what really attracted us to it was that it's a pretty space but at the same time we were able to completely transform it into our theme.

Some other outdoor wedding sites that I've seen that were really great - the Dunsmuir house, Kohl Mansion. I found a bunch in this magazine called Wedding Sites and Services - I think it's at www.weddingsitesandservices.com - and also just by googling outdoor wedding sites sf and things like that. Good luck!
Reply:That sounds beautiful! Also quite expensive, but if you can pull it off, more power to you! One suggestion though, instead of white, you may want to go with ivory. It will look better with the gold. Definitely do a formal sit down dinner, or if you were going to do it late afternoon you could do stations to keep the guests mingling. It's still substantial food, but not a full meal, since it's so early in the day, still. Ask your caterer about it. You may also want to consider renting a yacht for the reception, how amazing would that be? Out on the SF Bay by the Golden Gate? That's all the suggestions I have, unfortunately it's been quite some time since I've been out there. Congratulations!
Reply:Go for it!! Hopefully you will only do this once. Go all out. I am having a masquerade ball for my wedding. I think guests will enjoy going to a different wedding rather than the traditional wedding. Best wishes!!!
Reply:That sounds beautiful....My colors are also black, white and my girls will have red roses and I will carry white calla Lilly's....I grew up in the bay area I wish I knew where you were and maybe I could help come up with some venue ideas. Maybe you can sit down with your hubby to be and have him explain what he is envisioning and then you do the same and maybe you can find a way to pull both ideas in together...it sounds beautiful but remember it is his day too. I found my fiancee is a visual person and he wasn't to thrilled with the colors I wanted so I found pictures of other weddings that were similar to what I was thinking. After seeing what I was talking about he jumped right on board! Good luck.....
Reply:I like your idea! Why not look at some movies from the 1930s and 40s and see where those wedding scenes are held?

You might also consider renting a movie studio or a theater-in-the-round or studio theater. (A proscenium theater might not work here, unless the seats are removable.)

A local wedding planner or wedding magazine might suggest some sites. Good luck and God bless!
Reply:Have it at a vineyard! It would be outdoors, very romantic and clasic and it would go well with theme and your italian heritage.

Love the theme and your choice of gown, However, people might be confused as what is the dress code..... can someone go as Marilyn Monroe?

Some vinieds also cater to weddings and have restaurants that can accomodate yoru guest indoors or under a tent.

Congratulations and good luck
Reply:sounds like you need to get real. Focus on the marriege, not a big, tacky wedding. Also, what does he want? He gets a say too and if it were my husband, he would have ran at the hollywood part.
Reply:Sorry, I don't know of any places out there, but I think that is a really nice theme you have going on. Just be sure to talk to your fiance about the theme you would like to go for. Make sure that if you both agree to this, you keep an open mind to his ideas as well.

Keep your tables to the same glamour era, and even name your tables after stars of the 30's/40's to give it that much more charm -- you could also name the tables after big movies as well. For souveniers you could also look into frames with photo reels on it and say something like, Our love is reel... You could always ask people to attend the wedding in 30's/40's outfits...

Take a glamour shot with your fiance for your table when you come in (when you choose a place)... just some ideas.
Reply:you know the most beautiful wedding i think it is the most simple try to choose every thing simple

your choose are good

but you know if colors were pink or rouse it will be wonderful or either violient
Reply:Go to www.vsattuiwinery.com They have an awesome outside courtyard where you can get married and then the reception is in thewinery building. It would totally work with your theme. Its a beautiful place and not too far from the bay area, its in St. Helena. I wanted to get married there but I ended up moving to Florida!

Good luck! Its sounds like your wedding is going to be awesome!
Reply:I think that would be cute. It would be memorable for you as well as your guest. The sample dress is gorgeous. Honey, it's your wedding you do what you want. I think it would be fun.

I don't think I would do a sit down meal, and I would have it late afternoon.
Reply:Everything you have planned sounds gorgeous and that dress looks really amazing. Some people would consider black bridesmaid dresses to be too much but with your theme it will look truly elegant.

As for the venue you could possibly do the whole day at one of the Napa wineries. I'm not exactly sure which to recommend but I'm sure that a lot of them are set up to do this because it's a great way for them to market themselves. E%26amp;J Gallo is one in the Napa Valley that would be really nice I think.

One other suggestion, instead of doing regular old table numbers to mark the tables, try table names made from the Hollywood stars of that era or the big films.

steroid cream
Chiahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13678905981729386906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5432075750831837427.post-34308657131570411562012-02-05T03:48:00.006-06:002012-02-05T03:48:44.754-06:00Help help help someone answer this?ok so for the last week i have been smelling gardenias, weird cause none are around.

and lately my tastebuds are phenomenally sensitive... any ideas
Help help help someone answer this?
Well, just because you had a preg test at the dr doesn't mean your not pregnant. My sister was pregnant with twins and ALL her test came up negative. It also could be something to do it allergies and all kinds of things. You should get a urine and blood test/work done.
Reply:Sometimes certain viral and even bacterial infections in your nasal passage can affect your scent receptors making you think that you smell odors that aren't really there. Somestimes weird things happen like if you get pregnant your body goes thru changes, I have a friend that when someone is not telling the truth he smells fish-psychic ability? who knows
Reply:Some people do have creepy sense-organ problems like that. Rare, but some people do. See your doctor if it doesn't stop.
Reply:well you may be pregnant
dermatitisChiahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13678905981729386906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5432075750831837427.post-77142757687632155592012-02-05T03:48:00.005-06:002012-02-05T03:48:38.835-06:00How Do I Raise A Flower Bed?with existing plants already there? I don't want a gigantic one, just want to it to be taller and fuller if that makes sense.

I currently have two crepe myrtles, a gardenia, and a butterfly iris. I'm slowly adding plants little by little. Anyway, I want it to have some depth and "mounds" to show movement or give it more character. It is just two flat and boring right now. Can I just add more dirt around the plants that are already there and then mulch on top of that? Or do I have to dig the plants up and start over? The soil that I have now is fine.
How Do I Raise A Flower Bed?
For the established plants it wouldn't be a good idea to go much more than say 4 inches of new soil. One solution is to use rocks as big or bigger than bowling balls next to existing plants which gives the illusion of height while increasing soil height in unplanned areas. To really set off the rocks use several next to existing plants as a background then add low voltage lighting and now you really have something extra nice.
Chiahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13678905981729386906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5432075750831837427.post-37168995004460976062012-02-05T03:48:00.004-06:002012-02-05T03:48:30.876-06:00What is your favorite Bath and Bodyworks body splash scent and why?I'm just wondering. Mine is probably their Gardenia, but their getting rid of it... :( Walmart (of all places!) actually has that exact same scent in a much cheaper brand, but I'm kind of lenient to buy it.

Also, if you really like any other body sprays, I would like to hear of them. I also like Dream by Gap.

It's just for fun. I want to hear what you guys like. If you want to make it a discussion or something (about the scents) go right ahead. :)
What is your favorite Bath and Bodyworks body splash scent and why?
I love bath and body works!

My two favorite scents (in the spray and foaming body wash) are:

* Warm vanilla sugar

* Sparkling peach

I love the fact that these two scents aren't overwhelming, just light and comforting (at least to me).

The one scent I hated was Cucumber melon. I made the mistake of buying it without smelling it in the store, it ended up in the trash because it was just overly gross after a while. Hubby said it smelled like I was 'wearing a salad'. LOL.
Reply:omg...i luv that place....i luv the vanella kind the best...u can only get it near christmas , but i luv it
Reply:japanese cherry blossom.....its the best! try it out u will love it
Reply:I love their freshwater cucumber!! I tried 1 tbl. spoon of vnagar. I did not see results. Is there any other house hold chemicals that one might try. The (6 pk) $20.00 pills did not stop the scum. They also did not work as the vendor advertised. The pills were also suppose to add a fragrance to the room. I am talking about scents liken to the flowers e.g. gardenia, pine ect. I have purchased 18 Port Wine Magnolia shrubs that grow 2 metres wide and 4 metres tall. I plan to keep these as a 2 metre tall hedge.

- how far from the fence do I need to plant them and what distance apart? How deep should I let it grow - how wide does the garden bed need to be?

Also, if I want a gardenia augusta florida (grows 1m x 1m) hedge in front, again how far apart %26amp; how deep? Thanks
How far from fence can I plant my hedge?
If your plant has a 2 meter diameter divide by 2 to get 1 meter is how far from the center of the plant till they touch the fence. If this is a chain link fence or something open for air to go through 1 meter is just fine. If the fence is solid and there will be no circulation please add another 6 inches for air flow. Same with the smaller plant 1 meter divided by 2 is 1 and 1/2 ft. Crowding causes branches to die. I know you want it to be a hedge so plant a little closer between like plants letting it breath at the back between the differing plants. This breathing room will also give you a little room to work when pruning.
Chiahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13678905981729386906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5432075750831837427.post-34213680610999679522012-02-05T03:48:00.000-06:002012-02-05T03:48:04.083-06:00Desginer perfumes?Hi,

I'm thinking about asking for a designer perfume for Winter Solstice, but most of the designer perfumes I've smelled smell like old lady (No offense meant to anyone!) and I have a very sensitive nose, so perfumes that are powdery, have overpowering scents or have lots of white flowers or musk in them give me a headache.

I REALLY just want a designer scent that's flirty, fun and fresh.

These are the perfumes I've tried that're out of the question:

Miss Dior Cherie

Any Chanel perfume

L (LAMB by Gwen Stefani)

Vera Wang Princess

Nina by Nina Ricci

My Insolence - Guerlain

Burberry Brit

With Love - Hilary Duff

Baby Phat

The kinds of scents I like:

CK One Summer

Paris Hilton

CK IN2U

Green tea

Citrusy scents

CHOCOLATE!! lol

Green apples

Flowers like peony, gardenia, rose, etc.

Any help is MUCH appreciated!!!! They're about 4 inches tall, have a generic looking box ( I got the gardenia scent ) - I can't get the top off the bottle to stick the reeds in. There's a diagram that says to push down on the top and turn, but neither of us here can open it. The cap just keeps spinning. Anyone with this trouble who figured it out?!? Thanks.
Opening a reed diffuser from Target?
I actually opened one 2 nights ago. I got the plastic cap off okay, I just pushed down and turned.

Be aware, however, underneath that is a clear plastic cap that is tightly inserted into the glass. I tried for quite a while with my hands, pliers, and could not remove the plastic cap. I finally tried to use a butterknife to try to pry the cap off (much like a pickle jar) and the glass broke in my hand. I ended up cutting my finger very badly and needed to get stitches.

The instructions for opening this product are very poor, they didn't even mention the white plastic cap that's underneath the hard outer cap, much less how to remove it. The gardenia scent is very nice however, though not very pretty mixed with blood.

I threw the box away before any of this happened, and cannot find the exact match at Target.com. Does anyone know the brand of this product? I would like to email them to let them know this isn't the safest product to open.

lipgloss
Chiahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13678905981729386906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5432075750831837427.post-62058856539970067852012-02-05T03:47:00.002-06:002012-02-05T03:47:31.950-06:00Is CoCo jealous of Courtney? My niece's are coming for a visit....they are sisters..but so very different......I feel CoCo might be jealous of Courtney....because I love to hold Courtney on my lap....and cuddle her....but I keep CoCo at arms length.....I feel so bad about this.....I love them both the same...but CoCo...is a dirty girl....and doesn't bath much in the winter....I have bought her some of her favorite GARDENIA body wash...and I hope she uses it.....how can I make CoCo understand that I love her....with out embarrassing her...about being a dirty girl?
Is CoCo jealous of Courtney?
Hi, Sweet Judy!! :-)

Well, I told both of your nieces about this message. CoCo was a little surprised to find out that Courtney has been using some of Mom's Gardenia Bath and Body products. What CoCo does not seem to quite understand is that by just standing under the water that you don't get as clean as when you use a wash rag and liquid

soap like Courtney. Plus CoCo has longer hair than Courtney, so it is much harder for her to get the soap out. I need to cut a lot of that hair off of CoCo, especially once winter is over. Courtney likes to lather up twice with liquid soap, use conditioning body lotion, and lately, she's been into my Gardenia perfumed body products. CoCo does not wash as well, she doesn't rinse as well, she seldom ever keeps herself soft with body lotion, and I honestly don't know for sure whether CoCo likes perfumed body products like Courtney

does. I sure hope that since both Courtney and I like the Gardenia Bath and Body Wash, the body lotion and the perfume spray, that maybe CoCo will also listen to you better than she listens to me. That girl is so darn stubborn! Fortunately, not all kids are like that!

These two silly girls of mine are truly complete opposites when it comes to cleanliness. Courtney loves to be squeaky clean and CoCo is just not as concerned as she should be that she may still leave some dirt behind. I have to remind CoCo that she is not little

and not getting all the dirt off of her. CoCo surely should know that by now. :(

For certain, I will make sure that I talk to CoCo once again before she and Courtney come to visit you because I think CoCo might rebel even more if everyone comes down on her about her not being as clean as she should be. She honestly just does not seem to understand that people would rather hug and cuddle a clean girl as opposed to one that is not as clean as she could possibly be. I guess I will have to see if I can reason with CoCo

before she comes up to see you. It's one thing when I tell the girls something, but they really get embarrassed when someone else lectures them about what they should and should not do.

They both love their Sweet Aunt Judy, though. I've told CoCo that if she doesn't clean up her act, that Aunt Judy may take her aside,

talk to her and it might embarrass her because she is the older of the two girls. Both of us know that CoCo doesn't want to be told what to do or worse yet, be embarrassed in front of other people. I have told her that she needs to put forth a lot more effort when it comes to bathing and coming out of the bath still kind of dirty. I'm glad this isn't a year round problem for CoCo because she is so much better about bathing during the Spring and Summer.

CoCo knows that she really should set a better example for her younger sister, but I think you are right about CoCo. CoCo does seem to be a little jealous of Courtney, but I don't treat one girl any better than I treat the other. They are both spoiled.

When you suggest how nice Courtney smells to CoCo, perhaps it might embarrass CoCo just enough to where she will want to be as clean as Courtney. I certainly hope that if I can not make a better impesssion on CoCo than the ones I've tried so far, that perhaps you will be able to get through to her about how important it is for

girls her age not to be such tomboys. Most boys are generally not this bad with their hygiene at this age.

Even though CoCo thinks she's a bit big to cuddle, she still likes to cuddle and hug! And I think that jealousy may be a big part of the problem. She is at that rebellious stage to where she thinks she can do as she pleases. But boys are not going to like CoCo if she's a dirty tom-girl, so we'll have to see if we can convince her that it's time for her to be more aware about her hygiene, if she hopes to keep her friends.

I guess that CoCo is going to develop more slowly than Courtney has when it comes to certain things. Really and truly, I never would have thought it would be this way. I thought it would honestly be the

exact opposite, having a younger girl and expecting her to be the dirtier of the two girls, but I thought wrong. Courtney still likes to stay in the tub and CoCo is just in too big of a hurry to get through with her bath, so she is just going to have to slow down. Perhaps once they get to see Aunt Judy, Courtney will say something to CoCo and she will become self-conscious and afraid you won't hug

and cuddle her if she doesn't get as clean as possible.

This is probably one of the worst things I've had to deal with since our daughter, Jodi, was a tomboyish little girl and she hated to take

a bath, too. But as she hit her teenage years and started liking lots

of boys, everything turned around very quickly. Sometimes, Jodi would take as many as three baths per day!! I'm sure you can just imagine what our water bill was like. It's like that now with our teen son because he can't stand being dirty at all.

I will be sure to send their blankies with them and be sure to let me know what weekend you want me to fly them up there to see you.

Oh, and don't forget....Courtney still likes to sleep with us, so she will probably want to sleep with you, too. CoCo, fortunately, is at least used to sleeping by herself.

LOL, I am so glad that the girls are coming to see you. They will get to meet their new adopted cousin. Courtney gets along with everyone, but once again, you'll have to watch CoCo and her smart mouth. She is so funny and awkward around boys and has so much growing up to do.

I will buy their plane tickets as soon as you let me know when it is convenient for you to keep them one weekend.

Bye for now, Sweet Judy and xoxoxo from CoCo and Courtney. Oh, and our teenager said to tell you 'hi,' too, and that he wishes he was able to come up, but with track season starting, his new Athletic schedule is going to be very inconvenient! ;)

Take care and I guess you'll let us know when a good weekend is for you to take off and spend with our girls.
Reply:She probably is...Sweet Judy, maybe there is more going on here. Can you pull her aside and talk. Maybe she is jealous of her sister and not bathing is a way of getting attention. Sometimes children think negative attention is better than none at all.

Perhaps a Little more positive attention is what she needs.
Reply:Hi Sweet Judy,

Boy that is a tough one... Tell CoCo that you Love her and Courtney the same and just say," Courtney has something on that smells so good i like holding her".. CoCo if you had that sweet smell i would Love to cuddle you and put you on my lap so i can show you i Love you just has much as i do all my Grand Children.. I know this isn't very good but just may be this will work My Friend,

A Friend,

poppy1
Reply:Hard call. Don't cuddle either of them until they bathe. Explain it to your siser. Tell CoCo why. Even a 5 year old understands that if they stink they won't get far in what they want.
Reply:While they are with you, you may teach them the benefits of cleanliness. You may create a competition between the sisters and award a prize every day to the cleanest girl. If you do, you have taught Co-Co about personal hygiene for the life.
safety shoesChiahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13678905981729386906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5432075750831837427.post-58094826315346238312012-02-05T03:47:00.001-06:002012-02-05T03:47:23.728-06:00What sent do you perfur in a preteen girls room, that her friends like too?here are the choises

Apple Cinnamon

Beautiful

Cinnamon

Citrus Splash

Coconut

Country Berry

Cranberry

Cucumber Mellon

Eucalyptus

Frankincense

Green Apple

Green Tea

Gardenia

Honeysuckle

Jasmine

Kiwi Strawberry

Lavender

Lemon

Mango Pear

Mountain Pine

Mulberry

Ocean Breeze

Orange Blossom

Orange-Cinnamon

Patchouli

Peach

Plumeria

Pumpkin Spice

Rose

Rain

Raspberry

Sandalwood

Spring Fresh

Strawberry

Sweet Pea

Tommyhil

Vanilla
What sent do you perfur in a preteen girls room, that her friends like too?
Why don't you let your daughter and friends decide? I took him to the vet. and $150 later they still don't know what is wrong with him. Said his kidney has grown attached to the wall of his stomach.. His white blood count is up red down and something is wrong with his liver. He had a tepm of 104.2. I told the vet Boo had been eating a gardenia. I removed the plant from my house. I took Boo to the vet on Monday and Friday they put him on antibotics but they don't seem to be working! Does anyone have any Idea what could be wrong... Please help me save my Kittys life!!
What causes a cats white blood count up, red down and liver and kidney damage?
Boo probably needs some iv fluids to start with. They will help cleanse the system and rejuvenate him. How old is Boo. Older cats tend to experience liver and kidney failure. A temp of 104 is not good. Normal temperature is 101 - 102. I would try another vet.
Reply:Hmmm normally an eleveted count of white blood cells mean that there is some sort of infection. I don't think that the plant could have done it. Has he gotten into anything in the garage? I know they love antifreeze. THis would explain the kidney and liver problems. THis is a tough one. I wish I could help more.
Reply:I dont' know for sure but it sounds like he have kidney damage, which cats get frequently. Cats get very sick and there is very little they can do for them. I went through it with my beloved Bert who had feline AIDS. He stopped eating and his white AND red counts were way down. I could only give him a BABY aspirin every three days to relieve his constant pain, and finally after he had not touched food for two weeks, had the vet euthanize him to put him out of his misery. It was the hardest thing I have ever done but I know I helped Burt. He died peacefully instead of in terrible misery. He would put his face to the wall and cry. When cats do this it is time to put them to sleep.

Vets cannot do anything for a very sick cat and to try to prolong their suffering is wrong. I am so sorry. Please do the right thing. I still love and miss Burt very much. He would not have recovered and I took him to three vets.

Yours does sound like he has a very serious infection but if the antibiotics don't help prepare yourself mentally for the only help you can give the poor cat.
Reply:maybe your cat has ingested something which is poisonous to his system like seafoods or a rare plant.. a water therapy could be useful.. but cats usually resist water..or you better try detoxification by feeding him supplements..take him to the vet to check if there are signs of internal parasites or toxin producing organism inside him to avoid further complications..but i'm afraid it would really cost a bit of your bucks..hope he'll be ok..c",)
Reply:Limphoma may be the culprit. Often goes undiagnosed as it mimics many other things.
Reply:try restricting salts or other hazardous minerals from his diet

ask a doctor first and I'm SO sorry about your cat. i hope he gets better
Reply:What kind of cat is Boo, and how old? Kidney problems are more common in Persians, and older cats. If it was me I would get a second, or even a third opinion from another vet. This should not be an insult to your vet, because liver and kidney disorders are difficult to diagnose in cats. Could be that your vet has not yet experienced a cat with this problem. Perhaps Boo has anemia? I found some articles which I have linked below, that you may like to read for some help

Good luck, I hope your kitty gets better soon.
Reply:I would also suggest looking into diabetes,If the cat has been vomiting or has had diarrhea, those are signs of diabetes.Diabetes is very serious and can cause liver, and kidney damage.I would talk to your vet and make sure he did a glucose test to make sure that this could not be the problem.I myself suffer with diabetes so I know how hard it is to give shots, but for your cat you will have to be strong.
Chiahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13678905981729386906noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5432075750831837427.post-64790528832920719942012-02-03T03:55:00.000-06:002012-02-03T03:55:01.305-06:00Can you share what the newest scents of perfumes are out there..along with their names?I actually love citrus scents..and pretty lighter scents...

I love the scent of White Linen by Estee Lauder, and well, here is a list LOL! of some of the things that I either recently bought or have with me now...from a store in my homestate..and here is their web site..http://www.bodytime.com ( oils that I love..and have with me now are: Gardenia, Jasmine, Jojoba with ylang ylang, Peach, White dove,Honey dew,Lilac,Iris,Plumeria,

I also love:Anais anais(that is one of my most fav's!!) also, Navy,Shalimar,Vanilla Fields,Sandal wood,(my hubby's fav is "White Shoulders"..so sometimes I wear that for him! *smiles*, and also ,(bath and body perfumes I like alot: Velvet Tuberose,Japanese Blossom,Cherry Blossom,Enchanted Orchid,Cucumber Melon,Moonlight Path,Tropical PassionFruit,Irresistable Apple, plus there after bath sprays, too!

and many, many more!!

and what do you love?
Can you share what the newest scents of perfumes are out there..along with their names?
Unbelievably one is coming out that smells like a Big Mac.
