how can i evolve BUDEW into ROSELIA and then to ROSERADE? does it need LEAF STONE? or what? because my BUDEW is now level 25 and not evolving and I saw some trainers in the game that they have ROSELIA in level 18-20 and GARDENIA has a ROSERADE level 22? how come???

Budew evolves to Roselia with Friendship. That means it has to like you alot. Roselia does not evolve to Roserade with Friendship but with the help of a "Shiny Stone". Only two are ever found in the game. One for Togetic - Togekiss and Roselia - Roserade. Where to find them: One is in Iron Island after helping Riley out and recieving the Riolu Egg (When hatched evolves due to friendship also). And the other is located on the sandstormy route above the Resort Area in the Battle Zone.
