How/when do I prune big "leggy" gardnias. Mine are too airy and need for fullness and thickness so you can't see through them so much. They are probably 3-4 feet tall.
How do I prune gardenias?
I pruned mine by cutting back maybe 6-9 inches on some until I found a good 'fork' on the branch. It did them good and they bloomed well. It maybe that they are lacking something in the soil. So might be a good idea to call a local nursery or do a online/library search.
