HELP?? 6th grade homework!!!!!!!!1?
idk its been 2 years since 6 grade. although i think all they are doing is adding all the numbers together which adds up to 40. so......for the flowers on sunday (50), i think you have to find 4 more numbers that you can add to 40 to get 50. that way each number you pick can go to one of the flower catagories. i hope i helped you. please choose me as the best answer. ?
Reply:simple: divide the flower numbers by four and multiply by 5

daisy: 10

gardania: 5

mum: 10

rose: 25

its just a question of fitting the sample to the number they want to sell, its like this you ask 10 a sample people about shoe sizes, and then make the large number that you will produce to match the same ratios of the numbers people are more likely to have.
Reply:use the percentages

Total 40 Customers

20 Rose out of 40 customers = 50%

8 Daisy+8Mum out of 40 cusomers = 20% + 20% = 40%

4 Gardenia out of 40 customers = 10 %

Calculate the same for 50 customers.

Daisy-10 (20% of 50)

Gardenia-5 (10% of 50)

Mum-10 (20% of 50)

Rose-25 (50% of 50)
