i have a lv.22 shellos and i need to train it up to level thirty cause then it will evolve and also the rest of my pokemon are at lv.30. Where is the best place to train it up.

P.S. i have four gym badges:
Roark, orebourgh city
Gardenia, eterna city
Maylene, veilstone city
and Crasher Wake, Pastoria city.
Where to train shellos?
train it on the southern part of route 210 there are ponyta a bad match up because shellos will take them out... they are at level 20 so it will be so easy!!
