Pokemon Diamond Team Additions?

In pokemon diamond, i just beat the 2nd gym leader gardenia and am about to go down cycling path and my team is a lvl 27 grotle and a lvl 25 staravia. from this point, what are some good pokemon to catch to make a strong team?

(NO trading or cheat pokemon)

get a shinx a magikarp so you can then evolve it into gyarados and get a chancey its a big help along the way specially while batteling the elite 4 you dont neccesarily right with it but its more for stalling while you cure your injured pokemon...

Reply:Well apparently those are pretty good good and cool Pokemon though i would suggest that you get a budew so once you get to the Pokemon league against last person or you could get a shinx they help (allot!). a yeah and get a wurmpule they might help you when its a buitifly its help (hint hint) well thanks for reading this
